Handwriting

Developing a fluent, cursive writing style is very important and we celebrate the progress children have made in this area through awarding red, purple, bronze, silver and gold certificates.

When the children are awarded a silver certificate, they can start using a handwriting pen and when they achieve their gold certificate they can write using a fountain pen.  We have also introduced the diamond certificate for children who are consistently producing handwriting of a high standard.
