Y5 Trip to Shri Venkateswara (Balaji) Hindu Temple

Year 5 had a fantastic morning visiting the Shri Venkateswara (Balaji) Temple in Tividale.  We received a warm welcome and had a guided tour of the very interesting site.  We were able to learn all about the different deities and traditions of the Hindu faith and were able to see how Hindu worship is carried out.

Many guides and visitors commented on how well behaved the children were - well done Year 5!  The children also commented on how much they enjoyed the trip.
