Amazing Amazon Animals!

We had quite a few unusual visitors in Year 4 this week...

As part of our new topic on Brazil, we had a number of different animals of the rainforest brought into our classrooms! These included an awesome monitor lizard called George, a fascinating hissing cockroach, a beautiful salamander and many more. Pupils were allowed to touch many of the animals as well as asking the experts a range of interesting questions. 

We've learned such a lot and will certainly not forget meeting these wonderful creatures!
