Girls Football League: Fulfen v Holly Grove and Ridgeway 8/10/18

We played Holly Grove in the first of the league deciders and spurned so many chances early on that it looked like being one of those games. Eventually we converted with a fine effort from the edge of the box. We were then awarded a penalty when a defender handled in the area. The penalty was well despatched and we finished with a 2-0 victory.

We then played Ridgeway to see who would take the girls title. We dominated for long periods and missed so many chances. We scored with 7 minutes left on the watch and held on for the victory.

We are now 2018/19 Burntwood schools champions!!
